I remember it like it was yesterday. At 8 years old my parents sat me down and told me that they had sold our home and we’d be moving away to a new one. All I could think about was “what about all my friends?’, “Why are we moving when all of my favourite people and places were all around where we lived”. I still never let my parents forget about that moment.
Fast forward to adulthood, and I remember when my boss told me I had to relocate to BC. Instantly I felt like I was 8 years old again and wondering once again why I had to leave my friends, family, and all the places I loved. The difference between moving when I was 8, and moving when I was in my 30’s was that this time I didn’t have someone I could trust to make sure that I continued to live in a community that I loved and could be proud of. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to find someone I trusted, and I ended up in a home, and community I did not love.
When I decided to become a realtor my focus became and will continue to be, to make sure that all of my clients feel as though they have someone willing, eager, and excited to help guide them through the process with compassion, knowledge, and trust. To also have a partner that will communicate with them with clarity, and transparency. My goal is to help every client of mine find the home that they love, in the community they love, so that they will always LOVE WHERE THEY LIVE!
